Registration of CHEVIGNON, 1st winter wheat multiplicated in France

SAATEN-UNION RECHERCHE is the first breeder in France by the number of registered varieties : 30 between 2012 and 2017.

2018

The quality of SAATEN-UNION RECHERCHE's varieties is rewarded: no less than 16 are recognised by the French milling industry as high-quality wheats, including 13 hybrids.

2018

SAATEN-UNION RECHERCHE becomes ASUR PLANT BREEDING and welcomes three new shareholders: Acolyance, Terre-Atlantique and CAVAC. Nordsaat's CEO, Wolf Von Rhade, was named president of ASUR PB.

2019

Creation of the subsidiary TAMIA PACK, a company specialised in the vacuum storage of seeds and grain.

2020

In conjunction with INRAE, creation of POLLINOVA, a joint subsidiary with SYNGENTA to optimise pollination

2020

The first New Generation hybrid is registered and launched: HYLIGO.

2021

Continuity in the New Generation of hybrid wheat with HYVEGA and HYACINTH.

2022

Change of management of ASUR Plant Breeding: Rémi Lefebvre takes over from Guillaume de Castelbajac.

2023

ASUR is inaugurating the "Pôle Végétal de la Plaine d'Estrées", which brings a whole range of plant-related activities to ensure team cohesion and positive synergies.
